She has been from 1988 as the main faculty in the Department of Commerce. During her service, she has been NCC Coordinator and also NSS Programme Officer. She has awarded the best NSS Programme Officer award from Kerala University on the 2014-15. She has attained the charge of Principal of St. Gregorios College Kottarakara from 2017 on wards.
